What's wrong with this picture?

My little sister sent me a great pic yesterday of a "steal" of an apartment.

At first blush, it seems amazing. A 1-bdrm on the UWS (75th street), townhouse duplex with spiral staircase, its own entrance, all-new hardwood floors and kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and it's HUGE.

Best part: It's only $515,000!!!
