Writing this from the floor of my apartment

Well I managed to kill my back this weekend. From what I can tell, this was brought on by a hard day of going to beautiful Alki Beach and sleeping. Getting old sucks.

As a result, I couldn't move all of yesterday and today am on prednisone and bed rest. Frustrating!

This is not as bad as the time that I hurt my back sneezing (a surprisingly common injury!), I have the feeling that I'm setting a new record for lameness.
